Paul McVicker vs Sam Hislop

Boxing Daily Report from the Montreal's Top Gym promoted show at Ben Hill Griffin Stadium, Gainesville,  taking place on 08/02/2042:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Paul McVicker (19(11) - 0) who hails from Boston, USA and Sam Hislop(29(11) - 16(11)) from Wichita, USA.  McVicker weighed in at 146 pounds and 15 ounces, while Hislop weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Arran Huntress, and the three ringside judges are James Villasana, Charles Griffiths and David Carias.  

Round 1:

McVicker tries to land a left uppercut, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a sharp left uppercut.  Hislop almost instantly recovers. 
McVicker lands a right uppercut followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.

McVicker is looking to force the stoppage!  McVicker connects with a WICKED right uppercut.  HISLOP HAS BEEN KNOCKED DOWN!  He beats the count, getting up at 4.  Hislop now appears to have recovered from that earlier shot.
