Rehan Hadji vs Rehman Belkacem

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Algeria-Constantine promoted show at Constantine Daira, Constantine,  taking place on 15/01/2042:

Clearly AI Algeria-Constantine have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Algeria-Constantine Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Rehan Hadji (13 - 13(5) - 3) who hails from Constantine, Algeria and Rehman Belkacem(12 - 10 - 7) from Constantine, Algeria.  Hadji weighed in at 159 pounds and 8 ounces, while Belkacem weighed in at 160 pounds.
