Boxing Daily Report from the Phaahla Promotions promoted show at Algernon Mollere Gym, Paris,  taking place on 24/01/2042:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the France-Ile-de-France Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Macy Bernardis (13 - 10 - 8) who hails from Paris, France and Gauvain Himly(10 - 23(1) - 1) from Paris, France.  Both Bernardis and Himly weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Trystan Marceau, and the three ringside judges are Gage Bossuet, Mardian Florian and Chivalry Diaby.  

Round 1: 

Bernardis advances into close range and is on target with a right uppercut.  
Himly tries to step out of his opponents range and connects with an overhand right.

Bernardis gets on the inside.  Himly pivots from in front of his opponent.  Bernardis is on target with a left hook.  As Bernardis tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Himly has been damaged by that accidental headbutt.  That has caused minor swelling  around the left eye.
