Joshua Diaz vs John Cabuchao

Boxing Daily Report from the Luipa Promotions promoted show at Philippines-Bulacan Gym, San Jose del Monte,  taking place on 02/02/2042:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Philippines-Bulacan Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on IBC, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Joshua Diaz (9 - 6 - 1) who hails from San Jose del Monte, Philippines and John Cabuchao(13 - 11 - 1) from San Jose del Monte, Philippines.  Both Diaz and Cabuchao weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ivan Malbog, and the three ringside judges are Emilio Macalintal, Xavier Maniquis and Emilio Macalintal.  

Round 1: 

Diaz is looking to keep the action on the outside and is on target with an overhand left.  
Diaz pivots to the right of his opponent.  Diaz attempts to land a left hook, but Cabuchao slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Diaz finds the target with a jab.  
Cabuchao sidesteps to the left of his opponent and drives a right uppercut into his opponents body.  
Cabuchao gets on the inside and attempts to land a left uppercut, but Diaz blocks the shot and counters with a cross.
