Jay Hume vs Noah Bower

Boxing Daily Report from the Darko Promotions promoted show at Vito Tomljanovic Gym, Knoxville,  taking place on 05/02/2042:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Tennessee Light Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Jay Hume (14 - 19(3) - 7) who hails from Knoxville, USA and Noah Bower(4 - 9 - 1) from Memphis, USA.  Both Hume and Bower weighed in at 108 pounds.  
The referee tonight is John Cranston, and the three ringside judges are Chris Byars, Kris Breck and Ricky Bees.  

Round 1: 

Bower attempts to land a jab, but Hume sidesteps and counters with a left hook.  
Bower pivots to the right of his opponent.  Hume lands a cross.  
Bower lands a cross.  
Bower connects with a cross.  
Bower is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Bower attempts to land an uppercut to the solar plexus, but he strays low!  The ref stops the action.  The ref sends Hume to the neutral corner.  He lectures Bower but does not take away a point.  
Bower tries to step out of his opponents range and lands a jab.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Hume's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.  Bower's trainer is advising how he could improve the accuracy of his work.

Bower advances into close range and forces Hume to back into the ropes.  Bower sidesteps to the left of his opponent and is on target with a left hook.  
Bower forces Hume to back into the ropes.  Hume throws a left uppercut, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Hume steps to the outside.  Bower is on target with an overhand right.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Hume's trainer is advising how he could be more accurate.

Bower quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Bower throws a left hook, but Hume holds on to his opponent.  Bower pushes his forearm into Hume's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Bower to stop fouling.
