Lochan Venkataraman vs Govind Ganguly

Boxing Daily Report from the AI India-Tamil Nadu promoted show at Chennai Dhawan, Chennai,  taking place on 21/02/2042:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the India-Tamil Nadu Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Lochan Venkataraman (11 - 10 - 3) who hails from Chennai, India and Govind Ganguly(2 - 3 - 3) from Chennai, India.  Venkataraman weighed in at 147 pounds and 11 ounces, while Ganguly weighed in at 147 pounds.    As Venkataraman came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Jyotish Narra, and the three ringside judges are Amer Meskin, Madhav Kamdar and Randeep Sharma.
