Michi Yasuda vs Isamu Kamei

Boxing Daily Report from the Koranteng Promotions promoted show at Hajime Go Gym, Sapporo,  taking place on 23/02/2042:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan-Hokkaido Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Michi Yasuda (5 - 16(1) - 4) who hails from Sapporo, Japan and Isamu Kamei(19(3) - 12 - 1) from Sapporo, Japan.  Yasuda weighed in at 199 pounds and 10 ounces, while Kamei weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Eiji Tanaka, and the three ringside judges are Goro Mori, Eiji Suzuki and Ryuu Ogawa.  

Round 1: 

Kamei gets on the inside and lands a left uppercut followed by  two left hooks to his opponents body.  Kamei ties up his opponent.  Kamei leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. As they grapple, Kamei pushes his forearm into Yasuda's face.  The ref breaks Kamei's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Kamei is on target with a stinging left hook to his opponents ribs.  
Kamei closes the distance and digs in a left hook to Yasuda's ribs.  Kamei holds on to his opponent.  Kamei leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Kamei digs in a sharp left uppercut to Yasuda's body.  
Kamei lands a left hook.  
Kamei lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Kamei lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Yasuda lands a jab followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.

At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Yasuda's trainer is advising how he could improve the accuracy of his work.  Yasuda's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.

Kamei pivots to the right of his opponent and drives a potent left hook into his opponents body.  YASUDA WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  Yasuda recovers before his opponent can take advantage.

Kamei manages to force Yasuda into the red corner.  Kamei connects with a solid right hook.

Some sustained pressure from Kamei could be enough to finish Yasuda!  Kamei drives a powerful right uppercut into his opponents ribs.  YASUDA HAS BEEN KNOCKED DOWN!  HE TRIES TO RISE ON SHAKY LEGS BUT YASUDA CAN'T BEAT THE COUNT!  The winner by KO is Kamei!
