Ovidio Gaona vs Juan Cardo

Boxing Daily Report from the Al Andalus Promotions promoted show at Fausto Villasana Gym, Granada,  taking place on 01/03/2042:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Spain-Andalusia Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ovidio Gaona (6 - 6 - 3) who hails from Malaga, Spain and Juan Cardo(7 - 2 - 3) from Malaga, Spain.  Gaona weighed in at 160 pounds and 11 ounces, while Cardo weighed in at 160 pounds.    As Gaona came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Neron Torre, and the three ringside judges are Santiago Macario, Diego Ruedas and Kiki Roldan.
