Peter Blaney vs Robert Carrothers

Boxing Daily Report from the DBA promoted show at Kessels Gym, Shreveport,  taking place on 08/03/2042:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Louisiana Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Peter Blaney (17 - 15(1) - 8) who hails from Shreveport, USA and Robert Carrothers(2 - 5(1) - 2) from Baton Rouge, USA.  Blaney weighed in at 153 pounds and 13 ounces, while Carrothers weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is David Duffey, and the three ringside judges are James Smillie, Leo Larbaud and Mark Gilchrist.
