Irfan Farris vs Amer Najdi

Boxing Daily Report from the Kuma Promotions promoted show at Riyadh Alahdal, Riyadh,  taking place on 05/03/2042:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Saudi Arabia-East Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Irfan Farris (23 - 20(1) - 3) who hails from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and Amer Najdi(13 - 7 - 1) from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.  Both Farris and Najdi weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Kamran Ghani, and the three ringside judges are Irfan Sabbag, Amer Malley and Waqas Deen.  

Round 1: 

Najdi lands a cross.  
Najdi is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Najdi feints a jab, fooling Farris into throwing a left hook counter.  Najdi springs the trap, countering with  a left hook.

Farris steps inside.  As Najdi tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Farris dabs at his face checking for damage.
