Teymurchin Muhtarov vs Mirali Babaev

Boxing Daily Report from the Ngambi Promotions promoted show at Destiny Boxing, Baku,  taking place on 13/03/2042:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Azerbaijan Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on IQTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Teymurchin Muhtarov (16 - 15(2) - 5) who hails from Baku, Azerbaijan and Mirali Babaev(5 - 24(2) - 1) from Baku, Azerbaijan.  Both Muhtarov and Babaev weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Hafiz Allahverdiev, and the three ringside judges are Aghasafa Abdurakhmanov, Nariman Jafri and Ulfet Kadyrov.  

Round 1: 

Muhtarov tries to step out of his opponents range and finds the target with a jab.  
Babaev steps inside.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Muhtarov dabs at his face checking for damage.  Muhtarov has been damaged by that accidental headbutt.  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.

Babaev gets on the inside.  Muhtarov attempts to land a right uppercut, but Babaev parries the shot and counters with a cross.  
As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Babaev dabs at his face checking for damage.

Muhtarov sidesteps to the left of his opponent and is on target with a right hook.  
Muhtarov gets on the inside and lands a left hook.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Muhtarov's trainer is advising how he could improve the accuracy of his work.  Babaev's trainer is telling his fighter to increase his workrate.
