Dylan Wessels vs Laken Gumbo

Boxing Daily Report from the Hendo & Chase Sports Capital promoted show at Ian Moyo Gym, Bulawayo,  taking place on 16/03/2042:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Zimbabwe Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Joy TV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Dylan Wessels (5 - 5 - 1) who hails from Harare, Zimbabwe and Laken Gumbo(9 - 5 - 2) from Bulawayo, Zimbabwe.  Both Wessels and Gumbo weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Chris Colville, and the three ringside judges are Chiamaka Matsikenyeri, Lloyd Chipeta and Jacob Chindungwe.  

Round 1: 

Wessels steps away from his opponent and tries to land a jab, but Gumbo blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut.
