Santiago Malagon vs Onofre Cato

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Chile-Antofagasta promoted show at Antofagasta Grullon, Antofagasta,  taking place on 17/03/2042:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Chile Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on UCV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Santiago Malagon (34 - 16(6) - 1) who hails from Viba del Mar, Chile and Onofre Cato(21 - 12(1) - 1(NC)) from Antofagasta, Chile.  Malagon weighed in at 199 pounds and 14 ounces, while Cato weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jeraldo Batres, and the three ringside judges are Ricardo Espino, Dimos Augusto and Juan Iniguez.
