Franco Castillon vs Alejandro Cruz

Boxing Daily Report from the Majola Promotions promoted show at Córdoba De Santos, Córdoba,  taking place on 17/03/2042:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Argentina-Córdoba Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Franco Castillon (21(7) - 3) who hails from Río Cuarto, Argentina and Alejandro Cruz(6 - 15 - 3) from Córdoba, Argentina.  Castillon weighed in at 175 pounds, while Cruz weighed in at 174 pounds And 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Eloy Frausto, and the three ringside judges are Urvano Bolivar, Ignado Galano and Quico Espina.  

Round 1: 

Castillon steps inside.  Castillon pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a right hook to the head, a right hook to the body and a left hook to the head.  
Castillon pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.

Castillon quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and hits home with a sharp left hook.  
Cruz tries to land a right hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left hook.  
Castillon closes the distance and is on target with a stinging left hook.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Cruz's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  Cruz's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.  Cruz's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.  Cruz's trainer is advising how he could stop so many clean shots getting through.
