Paul McBain vs Aaron Halden

Boxing Daily Report from the No Limit promoted show at Melbourne Petticrew, Melbourne,  taking place on 16/03/2042:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Australia-Victoria Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Paul McBain (9 - 2 - 1) who hails from Melbourne, Australia and Aaron Halden(5(2) - 0 - 1) from Melbourne, Australia.  Both McBain and Halden weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is James Christou, and the three ringside judges are Obaid Kamali, Chris Mellis and Leighton MacClelland.  

Round 1: 

Halden closes the distance and lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
McBain tries to step out of his opponents range.  McBain sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Halden tries to land a cross, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Halden is looking to close the distance and forces McBain to retreat into the red corner.  Halden digs in a left hook to his opponents liver.  
Halden hits home with a cross.  
Halden is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Halden lands a right uppercut to the body, a left hook to the body and a right uppercut to the head.  
Halden gets on the inside and attempts to land a left hook, but McBain blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.
