Jordan Bratten vs John Carns

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Nevada promoted show at Henderson Webb, Henderson,  taking place on 18/03/2042:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the USA-Nevada Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fight Now TV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Jordan Bratten (10(7) - 2(1)) who hails from Henderson, USA and John Carns(8 - 7(1) - 4) from Henderson, USA.  Bratten weighed in at 154 pounds, while Carns weighed in at 153 pounds and 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Dave Farquharson, and the three ringside judges are Amon Gibson, Vincent Ovens and Ian Levingston.  

Round 1: 

Bratten gets on the inside.  Bratten pivots to the side of his opponent.  Carns throws a left hook, but Bratten ties up his opponent.  Bratten pushes his forearm into Carns's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Bratten lands a right hook to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.

Bratten gets on the inside and hits home with a right uppercut.  Bratten clinches his opponent.  Bratten pushes his forearm into Carns's face.  The referee warns Bratten and breaks the clinch.  
Bratten closes the distance and lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Carns quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Bratten is on target with a jab.  
Bratten closes the distance and digs in a firm right hook to his opponents ribcage.  Bratten ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Bratten pushes his forearm into Carns's face.  The referee warns Bratten and breaks the clinch.

Carns switches the action to the outside.  Bratten lands with a spiteful jab.

Bratten closes the distance and manouvers Carns onto the ropes.  Bratten quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Bratten is on target with a stinging left hook.  Bratten holds on to his opponent.  Bratten is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks Bratten's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Bratten lands a left hook to the body, a right uppercut to the head and a left hook to the body.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Carns's trainer is advising how he could be more accurate.  Carns's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.  Carns's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.
