Bob Hargest vs David Jones

Boxing Daily Report from the Namugerwa Promotions promoted show at Edmonton Notte, Edmonton,  taking place on 21/03/2042:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Canada-Alberta Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Bob Hargest (36 - 7(4)) who hails from Calgary, Canada and David Jones(6 - 6 - 1) from Edmonton, Canada.  Hargest weighed in at 129 pounds and 5 ounces, while Jones weighed in at 129 pounds and 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Robert Methvin, and the three ringside judges are Tyson Bart, Chris Crear and Joe Dinwiddie.  

Round 1: 

Hargest steps inside and is on target with a right uppercut.  Hargest throws a left uppercut, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left hook.

The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Jones dabs at his face checking for damage.    That accidental headbutt has resulted in some damage to Jones.  That has caused minor swelling  around the right eye.
