Haaris Salehi vs Amer Fawaz

Boxing Daily Report from the Plunder Boxing promoted show at KLCC Exhibition Hall, Kuala Lumpur,  taking place on 14/04/2042:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Malaysia-Federal Territory Light Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Haaris Salehi (36 - 18(7)) who hails from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and Amer Fawaz(13 - 20(3) - 3) from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.  Both Salehi and Fawaz weighed in at 108 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jawad Baten, and the three ringside judges are Amjad Ebrahimi, Adam Lew and Sajid Ghaffari.  

Round 1: 

Salehi steps inside and lands two left hooks to the body, and one to the head.  
Salehi walks his opponent into a corner.  Salehi sidesteps to the right of his opponent and drives a left uppercut into Fawaz's ribs.  
Salehi finds the target with a jab.  
Salehi lands a double jab to his opponents head.

Fawaz tries to step out of his opponents range.  Salehi sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a stinging jab.  
Salehi closes the distance.  Salehi sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Salehi connects with a left hook.  Salehi ties up his opponent.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Fawaz is looking to keep his distance and tries to land a jab, but Salehi blocks the shot and counters with a cross.
