Jasper Jan vs Khalid Akhter

Boxing Daily Report from the Plunder Boxing promoted show at KLCC Exhibition Hall, Kuala Lumpur,  taking place on 14/04/2042:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the South Asian Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Jasper Jan (21 - 14(6) - 1) who hails from Petaling Jaya, Malaysia and Khalid Akhter(18(10) - 7(2)) from Johor Bahru, Malaysia.  Jan weighed in at 111 pounds And 11 ounces, while Akhter weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Amjad Ebrahimi, and the three ringside judges are Adam Lew, Jawad Baten and Sajid Ghaffari.  

Round 1: 

Jan quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and finds the target with a jab.
