Michael Taggert vs Elliot Dunnett

Boxing Daily Report from the Top Rank promoted show at Miami Hector, Miami,  taking place on 08/04/2042:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Florida Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Michael Taggert (13(2) - 3(2) - 1) who hails from Tallahassee, USA and Elliot Dunnett(17 - 21(5) - 2) from Fort Lauderdale, USA.  Both Taggert and Dunnett weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Oliver Mirando, and the three ringside judges are Davie Riquelme, Brett Arthur and Fanuco Onate.  

Round 1: 

Taggert lands an overhand right followed by a jab to his opponents head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Taggert tries to land a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left hook.  Dunnett quickly recovers.

Dunnett sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Dunnett throws a cross, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a stinging cross.

Dunnett sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Taggert is on target with a spiteful cross.  DUNNETT IS SENT SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  HE TRIES TO RISE BUT HIS LEGS DONT RESPOND...THE COUNT REACHES 10!  The winner by KO is Taggert!
