Jay Sare vs Ad Marais

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Boxing promoted show at Docklands Stadium, Melbourne,  taking place on 19/04/2042:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Commonwealth Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on SBS1, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Jay Sare (14(4) - 5(4)) who hails from Perth, Australia and Ad AdMan Marais(32(26) - 24(8) - 1) from Roodepoort, South Africa.  Both Sare and Marais weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Nathan Savas, and the three ringside judges are Ricky Barfoot, Sam Beatty and Will Gray.
