There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Algeria Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Canal Algérie, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Farhan Merakchi (16 - 14(3) - 3) who hails from Oran, Algeria and Waqas Mardel(6 - 2 - 3) from Constantine, Algeria.  Merakchi weighed in at 139 pounds And 7 ounces, while Mardel weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Obaid Selmi, and the three ringside judges are Atif Hacini, Ahmed Nair and Ibrahim Maaziz.
