Hilario Alvaro vs Jair Castanon

Boxing Daily Report from the Victor Bravo promoted show at Lorenzo Robles Gym, Ponce,  taking place on 16/04/2042:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Puerto Rico Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Puerto Rico Sports Network, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Hilario Alvaro (23(14) - 9(8)) who hails from San Juan, Puerto Rico and Jair Castanon(24 - 8(2)) from Ponce, Puerto Rico.  Both Alvaro and Castanon weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Lorenzo Capo, and the three ringside judges are Beltran Correira, Porfio Miguel and Vegas Baquero.  

Round 1: 

Alvaro lands an overhand right, jab and an overhand left to his opponents head.
