Griswold Pickard vs Barry Nevin

Boxing Daily Report from the Punch Drunk Promotions promoted show at Soemmeringhalle, Berlin,  taking place on 18/04/2042:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Griswold Pickard (1 - 5(1)) who hails from Hanover, Germany and Barry Nevin(24 - 22(2) - 3) from Omaha, USA.  Both Pickard and Nevin weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Alberto Sarauer, and the three ringside judges are Neffe Justus, Lothar Jex and Adolph Kronenwetter.  

Round 1: 

Pickard lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands a cross to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Nevin steps to the outside.  Pickard lands a jab followed by a overhand left to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands two jabs followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
Pickard advances into close range and lands a right uppercut to the body, and then to the head.  Pickard clinches his opponent.  Pickard pushes his forearm into Nevin's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Pickard lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Pickard throws a right hook, but his opponent slips the punch.  Pickard clinches his opponent.  Pickard pushes his forearm into Nevin's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Pickard.  
Pickard manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Pickard connects with a left uppercut.  Pickard holds on to his opponent.  Pickard tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Nevin behind the head. The referee separates the two fighters and warns Pickard.  
Pickard gets on the inside and lands a right uppercut to the head, a right hook to the body and a left hook to the head.  Pickard clinches his opponent.  Pickard is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks Pickard's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Pickard sidesteps to the right of his opponent and is on target with a left hook.  
Nevin tries to keep the action at long range.  Pickard is on target with a sharp overhand right.  Pickard throws a jab, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Nevin lands a cross.  
Pickard tries to land a left uppercut, but Nevin parries the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Nevin forces Pickard to back into a corner.  Pickard is on target with a stinging right hook to his opponents ribcage.  
Pickard finds the target with a jab.  
Pickard lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a cross to the head.  
Pickard lands a jab to the head, a right uppercut to the body and a cross to the head.  
Nevin is looking to keep his distance.  Pickard connects with a solid cross.  
Pickard lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Nevin lands a cross.  
Pickard pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a left hook to the body, a right hook to the head and a left hook to the head.  
Nevin throws a left hook, but Pickard ties up his opponent.  Pickard leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Pickard lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Pickard digs in a left uppercut to Nevin's body.  
Pickard lands three consecutive left uppercuts to his opponents body.  Pickard ties up his opponent.  Pickard is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks Pickard's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Pickard lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Pickard digs in a firm right uppercut to Nevin's ribs.  Pickard holds on to his opponent.  Pickard leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Pickard uses his free hand to throw a body hook, but it lands on Nevin's kidney. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Nevin switches the action to the outside.  Pickard feints a left, and then lands a jab.  
Pickard closes the distance and lands a left hook to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.  
Pickard is looking to close the distance and walks his opponent down, trapping him in a corner.  Pickard drives a solid right uppercut into Nevin's ribcage.  Pickard throws a left uppercut, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Pickard lands a left hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.  He then lands a right uppercut, left hook and a left uppercut to his opponents body, AND SENDS NEVIN SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He is back up on his feet at 4.  Nevin quickly recovers. 
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Nevin's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.  Nevin's trainer is telling his fighter to tighten his defence.

Pickard lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a left hook to the head, AND KNOCKS NEVIN DOWN!  He manages to get up at 5.  Nevin quickly recovers. 
Pickard throws a right uppercut, but the shot lands on his opponents guard.  Pickard holds on to his opponent.  Pickard is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Pickard lands three consecutive right uppercuts to his opponents body.  
Pickard digs in a right hook to Nevin's body.  
Pickard walks Nevin into a neutral corner.  Pickard lands a left uppercut to the body, a left hook to the body and a left uppercut to the head.  
Pickard drives a stinging left uppercut into his opponents body.  
Pickard drives a left hook into Nevin's liver.  
Pickard lands a right hook to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.  
Pickard lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Pickard lands a left uppercut to the head, a right uppercut to the head and a left hook to the body.  
Pickard gets on the inside and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.

Pickard manouvers his opponent into the blue corner.  Pickard lands two left uppercut's to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  
Pickard advances into close range.  Nevin could be stopped here, if Pickard can find the right shot!  Pickard lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  He then lands a right uppercut followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body, AND DOWN GOES NEVIN!  He is back up on his feet at 5.  
Pickard slams a DEVASTATING left uppercut into Nevin's body.  NEVIN IS DOWN!  THE REF DOES NOT EVEN BOTHER WITH THE COUNT...HE'S SEEN ENOUGH AND HAS STOPPED THE FIGHT!  The fight has been stopped!  The winner by TKO is Pickard!
