Santiago Alcazar vs Clinton Gillis

Boxing Daily Report from the Fernando Hearn promoted show at Tallahassee Zamora, Tallahassee,  taking place on 10/05/2042:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Santiago Alcazar (8(2) - 0) who hails from Valencia, Spain and Clinton Gillis(19 - 13 - 2) from Huntsville, USA.  Both Alcazar and Gillis weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Robert Johnstone, and the three ringside judges are Emanuel Merlo, Malcolm Porteous and Hugh Guffy.  

Round 1: 

Alcazar lands a right hook to the body, a left hook to the body and a left hook to the head.  
Alcazar digs in a stinging left hook to his opponents liver.  
Alcazar forces Gillis to retreat into a corner.  Alcazar lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Alcazar closes the distance.  Gillis throws a left hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Gillis switches the action to the outside and tries to land a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a firm cross.  
Alcazar closes the distance and digs in a right uppercut to Gillis's ribs.  
Alcazar connects with a cross.  Alcazar throws an uppercut to the body, but lands well below the belt!  The ref stops the action and gives Gillis time to recover.

Alcazar closes the distance.  Alcazar sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Gillis throws a right hook, but Alcazar ties up his opponent.  Gillis is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.
