Fumio Shimomura vs Eiji Konda

Boxing Daily Report from the Ayim Promotions promoted show at Isamu Arima Gym, Saitama,  taking place on 01/05/2042:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Japan-Saitama Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sky-A Sports, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Fumio Shimomura (19 - 9(2) - 3) who hails from Tokorozawa, Japan and Eiji Konda(5 - 1) from Koshigaya, Japan.  Both Shimomura and Konda weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Yutaka Hora, and the three ringside judges are Hiroki Noda, Ryuu Kawahara and Hideki Machida.
