Phil Down vs Dan Nicholson

Boxing Daily Report from the Numb Nation promoted show at Circle Hotel, Bridgeport,  taking place on 06/05/2042:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Connecticut Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Phil Down (11(1) - 4(1)) who hails from Bridgeport, USA and Dan Nicholson(20(9) - 10(2)) from Hartford, USA.  Both Down and Nicholson weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Mike Dysart, and the three ringside judges are Peter Liddell, Davie Maines and Peter Snape.  

Round 1:
