Bart Hagie vs Ian Griffiths

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-New Mexico promoted show at Michael Gubay Gym, Albuquerque,  taking place on 04/05/2042:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-New Mexico Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Bart Hagie (3(1) - 1) who hails from Albuquerque, USA and Ian Griffiths(11 - 20(2) - 2) from Albuquerque, USA.  Both Hagie and Griffiths weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Gus Maddix, and the three ringside judges are Harvey Prior, Ashley Herriott and Gus Maddix.  

Round 1: 

Hagie pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a cross to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.  
Hagie lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Hagie cuts off the ring, trapping Griffiths in a neutral corner.  Hagie sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Griffiths throws a right hook, but Hagie holds on to his opponent.
