Santiago Jaramillo vs Dom Hayden

Boxing Daily Report from the Fistic Inc promoted show at Entertainment Centre, Sydney,  taking place on 26/04/2042:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Santiago Jaramillo (1(1) - 0) who hails from Panama City, Panama and Dom Hayden(9 - 7(2)) from Brisbane, Australia.  Both Jaramillo and Hayden weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Richie Shand, and the three ringside judges are Paul Walters, Antwan Campbell and Lee Lupian.  

Round 1: 

Jaramillo advances into close range.  Jaramillo drives a left hook into his opponents body.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Jaramillo dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Jaramillo lands a right hook to the body, a left hook to the head and a right uppercut to the head.  
Jaramillo lands a left uppercut followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Jaramillo walks his opponent down, trapping him in the red corner.  Jaramillo sidesteps to the left of his opponent and digs in a right hook to his opponents ribs.  
Jaramillo lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Jaramillo pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Jaramillo sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Hayden throws a right hook, but Jaramillo ties up his opponent.  Hayden is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. Jaramillo throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. The ref breaks Jaramillo's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Jaramillo advances into close range.  Jaramillo pivots to the left of his opponent.  Jaramillo lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  He then lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  Jaramillo clinches his opponent.  Jaramillo leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Jaramillo is on target with a sharp right hook.  
Hayden is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Jaramillo lands a cross followed by  two jabs to his opponents head.  
Jaramillo connects with a stinging cross.  
Hayden throws a left hook, but Jaramillo ties up his opponent.  Jaramillo is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Jaramillo about fouling.  
Jaramillo lands a solid cross.  
Hayden throws a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a solid right hook.  
Jaramillo closes the distance.  Jaramillo sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Jaramillo lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  Jaramillo tries to land a right hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Hayden's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.  Hayden's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.  Hayden's trainer is advising how he could stop so many clean shots getting through.

Jaramillo pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a right uppercut followed by  two straights to his opponents head.  
Jaramillo lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Jaramillo hits home with a firm left hook.  
Jaramillo lands a right hook to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.  He continues the combination and lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Jaramillo gets on the inside.  Jaramillo pivots to the left of his opponent and lands two consecutive left uppercuts to his opponents head.  
Jaramillo advances into close range.  Jaramillo pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a left uppercut to the head, a left hook to the body and a left hook to the head.  
Jaramillo digs in a right hook to his opponents body.  Jaramillo attempts to land a left hook, but Hayden slips the shot and counters with a right hook to his opponents ribs.

Jaramillo thinks he can end the show early....he's looking to put Hayden away.  Jaramillo lands consecutive left uppercuts to his opponents body.  He continues the combination and lands a right hook, right uppercut and a right hook to his opponents body, AND HAYDEN IS KNOCKED DOWN!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 4.  Hayden now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.  
Hayden throws a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Jaramillo lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Jaramillo is on target with a right hook.  
Jaramillo is on target with a solid right hook to his opponents body.  
Jaramillo lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  He then lands a right hook, right uppercut and a right hook to his opponents head.  
Jaramillo sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a firm right hook.

Jaramillo gets on the inside and is on target with a left hook to his opponents liver.  
Hayden tries to keep the action at long range.  Jaramillo lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Jaramillo steps inside and lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  Jaramillo ties up his opponent.  Jaramillo is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Jaramillo pivots from in front of his opponent and is on target with a potent left hook.  HAYDEN IS HURT!  
Jaramillo manouvers Hayden into the corner.  Jaramillo senses his opponent is hurt.  He is looking to stop Hayden and just needs the right shot.  Jaramillo lands two consecutive right uppercuts to his opponents head, AND SENDS HAYDEN TO THE CANVAS!  He beats the count, getting up at 4.  Hayden now seems to have his senses back.  
Hayden attempts to land a left hook, but Jaramillo blocks the shot and counters with a solid left uppercut.  
Hayden steps away from his opponent.  Jaramillo tries to land a jab, but Hayden slips the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Jaramillo sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Jaramillo lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  Jaramillo attempts to land a right uppercut, but Hayden parries the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Jaramillo walks his opponent down, trapping him in a neutral corner.  Jaramillo is on target with a right hook.  
Jaramillo lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  
Hayden could be stopped here, if Jaramillo can find the right shot!  Jaramillo lands three consecutive right uppercuts to his opponents head, AND DROPS HAYDEN TO THE CANVAS!  He manages to get up at 7.  
Jaramillo advances into close range.  Jaramillo lands a right hook followed by  two right uppercuts to his opponents head, AND SENDS HAYDEN TO THE CANVAS!  The ref waves off the fight.  He does not believe Hayden can continue!  The fight has been stopped!  The winner by TKO is Jaramillo!
