There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the South Africa Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Duante kaMagwaza (12(6) - 0) who hails from Durban, South Africa and Dominic Shabangu(14 - 7(3)) from Port Elizabeth, South Africa.  Both kaMagwaza and Shabangu weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Uba Akamenya, and the three ringside judges are Quoitrel Sotyu, John Kisombo and Barry Khuzwayo.

The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as kaMagwaza dabs at his face checking for damage.    It looks like the clash of heads has caused some damage to kaMagwaza.  That has caused slight swelling  around the right eye.

kaMagwaza advances into close range.  kaMagwaza is on target with a HUGE right uppercut.  SHABANGU IS SENT SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He manages to get up at 7.  It looks like Shabangu has now recovered from that shot earlier.
