Juan Palomo vs James Gubala

Boxing Daily Report from the Ognjen promoted show at Chumash Casino, Bakersfield,  taking place on 06/05/2042:

Clearly Ognjen have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Juan Palomo (3(1) - 0) who hails from Ecatepec, Mexico and James Gubala(0 - 5) from Chicago, USA.  Palomo weighed in at 117 pounds and 14 ounces, while Gubala weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Oscar Hall, and the three ringside judges are Darryl Bruce, David Evans and Chris Morgan.  

Round 1: 

Palomo hits home with a cross.

Palomo forces Gubala to retreat onto the ropes.  Palomo tries to land a right hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.
