Shayan Elkreiky vs Waleed Maloof

Boxing Daily Report from the Nashanian Promotions promoted show at Dammam Kaleel, Dammam,  taking place on 23/05/2042:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Saudi Arabia Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Saudi TV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Shayan Elkreiky (35 - 16(3) - 1) who hails from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and Waleed Maloof(32(29) - 17(12)) from Medina, Saudi Arabia.  Both Elkreiky and Maloof weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Bilal Yousef, and the three ringside judges are Rashid Hamed, Malik Mansoor and Gazi Abdu.

Maloof tries to step out of his opponents range.  Elkreiky sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Elkreiky connects with an overhand left.  Elkreiky tries to land a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a firm left uppercut.  
Elkreiky connects with a cross.  
Maloof walks Elkreiky into a corner.  Maloof sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.

He beats the count, getting up at 8.  It looks like Elkreiky has now recovered from that shot earlier.
