John Zakayo vs Zashawn Arita

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Kenya-Kiambu promoted show at Quadrees Magwanga Gym, Kikuyu,  taking place on 28/05/2042:

Clearly AI Kenya-Kiambu have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Kenya-Kiambu Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are John Zakayo (5 - 12 - 1) who hails from Ruiru, Kenya and Zashawn Arita(4 - 11 - 4) from Kikuyu, Kenya.  Zakayo weighed in at 227 pounds and 13 ounces, while Arita weighed in at 228 pounds and 3 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Sam Ngugi, and the three ringside judges are Mark Kamande, Ian Nanji and Adam Aggett.  

Round 1: 

Arita steps inside.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Arita dabs at his face checking for damage.  Arita has taken some damage there.  That has caused a minor cut in the corner of the right eye.  .  
Zakayo is on target with a jab.  
Zakayo throws an uppercut to the body, but lands well below the belt!  The ref ignores Arita's complaints and signals for the action to continue.
