Greg Alvizo vs Michael Mappala

Boxing Daily Report from the Felix Orcales promoted show at Bacoor Lomboy, Bacoor,  taking place on 30/05/2042:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Philippines-Cavite Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Greg Alvizo (2 - 2 - 1) who hails from Bacoor, Philippines and Michael Mappala(9 - 16 - 4) from Silang, Philippines.  Both Alvizo and Mappala weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Dai Verde, and the three ringside judges are Rico Riquelme, Joaquin Arocha and Rico Riquelme.  

Round 1: 

Alvizo steps inside.  Mappala is on target with a left hook.  
Mappala quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a cross.  
Alvizo is looking to close the distance.  Mappala pivots to the left of his opponent.  Mappala throws a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.
