Brendan George vs Neil Fork

Boxing Daily Report from the Chileya Promotions promoted show at Joe Lyall Gym, Baltimore,  taking place on 04/06/2042:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Maryland Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Brendan George (11 - 16(1) - 4) who hails from Baltimore, USA and Neil Fork(11(2) - 10(1)) from Baltimore, USA.  George weighed in at 140 pounds And 12 ounces, while Fork weighed in at 140 pounds.    As George came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Jamie Bigg, and the three ringside judges are Joe Brown, Stephen Entrekin and Stephen Entrekin.  

Round 1: 

George steps away from his opponent.  Fork is on target with a cross.  
Fork throws a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.

George quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Fork lands a jab to the head followed by a left hook to the body.

Fork lands a jab followed by  two overhand rights to his opponents head.  
Fork steps inside and manouvers George onto the ropes.  Fork lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
George tries to keep the action at long range.  Fork is on target with an overhand right.  
Fork is looking to close the distance and connects with a left hook.  
Fork steps inside.  Fork hits home with a solid left hook.  George wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Fork dabs at his face checking for damage.

The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Fork has been damaged by that accidental headbutt.  That has caused a minor cut above.

Fork is looking to close the distance and is on target with a left hook.

George steps to the outside.  Fork lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Fork is looking to close the distance and crashes a big left uppercut to his opponents liver.  IT LOOKS LIKE GEORGE WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  
Fork knows it could take just a few clean shots to force the stoppage.  Fork lands consecutive left uppercuts to his opponents body.  He then lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body, AND DROPS GEORGE!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 5.  George now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.

Fork circles his opponent with a low guard, waiting for his opponent to attack.  George tries to land an overhand right, but Fork dodges the shot and counters with a cross.  
Fork steps inside and is on target with a firm left hook.  
Fork gets on the inside.  Fork sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands two right hooks to the body, and one to the head.
