Jose Abar vs Onofre Sepeda

Boxing Daily Report from the Mashaba Promotions promoted show at Managua Vaquera, Managua,  taking place on 12/06/2042:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Nicaragua Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on ESTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Jose Abar (23(8) - 8(1)) who hails from Masaya, Nicaragua and Onofre Sepeda(10 - 15 - 1) from Managua, Nicaragua.  Abar weighed in at 168 pounds, while Sepeda weighed in at 167 pounds and 2 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Francisco Osegueda, and the three ringside judges are Enzo Vazquez, Antonio Quintero and Franco Charo.  

Round 1: 

Abar lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Sepeda is looking to keep his distance and tries to land a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Abar is on target with a cross.  
Abar is on target with a firm left hook.  Abar ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Abar pushes his forearm into Sepeda's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Abar closes the distance and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Sepeda attempts to land a jab, but Abar sidesteps and counters with a stinging left uppercut.

Abar lands a left uppercut to the head, a left hook to the body and a left hook to the head.  
Abar lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  Abar clinches his opponent.  Abar pushes his forearm into Sepeda's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.

He follows up the attack and lands a left uppercut followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body, AND SENDS SEPEDA SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 4.  Sepeda now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.
