Gregor Masakadza vs John Samkange

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Zimbabwe-Bulawayo promoted show at Bulawayo Phiri, Bulawayo,  taking place on 15/06/2042:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Zimbabwe Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Joy TV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Gregor Masakadza (16 - 2) who hails from Bulawayo, Zimbabwe and John Samkange(8 - 4 - 2) from Bulawayo, Zimbabwe.  Masakadza weighed in at 168 pounds, while Samkange weighed in at 168 pounds and 8 ounces.    As Samkange came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Chiamaka Matsikenyeri, and the three ringside judges are Matt Quilliam, Joey Shumba and Kyle Chatara.
