Royal Julien vs Oliver Ndo

Boxing Daily Report from the South African Boxing Kingdom promoted show at Stade Roumde-Adjia, Garoua,  taking place on 05/07/2042:

Clearly South African Boxing Kingdom have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Cameroon Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Royal Julien (25 - 6(3)) who hails from Garoua, Cameroon and Oliver Ndo(40 - 17(2)) from Garoua, Cameroon.  Julien weighed in at 175 pounds, while Ndo weighed in at 174 pounds and 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Javier Feutmba, and the three ringside judges are Raul Truffaut, Mardian Bekono and Emmanuel Biyik.
