Santiago Trigo vs Alejandro Meneses

Boxing Daily Report from the Andam Promotions promoted show at Micah Gym, Belem,  taking place on 17/06/2042:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Brazil-Para Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Santiago Trigo (15 - 23(1) - 4) who hails from Belem, Brazil and Alejandro Meneses(4 - 3) from Belem, Brazil.  Trigo weighed in at 238 pounds And 15 ounces, while Meneses weighed in at 229 pounds And 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Diego Mangas, and the three ringside judges are Marco Pupo, Diego Mangas and Bronco Raposa.  

Round 1: 

Meneses connects with a right hook.  
Trigo sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Trigo attempts to land a right uppercut, but Meneses blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Trigo steps to the outside and hits home with an overhand right.  
Trigo tries to step out of his opponents range and is on target with a cross to his opponents body.  
Trigo finds the target with a jab.  
Meneses throws an uppercut to the body, but lands well below the belt!  The ref stops the action and gives Trigo time to recover.
