Pat McBurnie vs Lucas Cumings

Boxing Daily Report from the Andy Harvey promoted show at Wolverhampton Fullerton, Wolverhampton,  taking place on 18/06/2042:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the British-Central England Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Pat McBurnie (8 - 12(3) - 3) who hails from Leicester, UK and Lucas Cumings(6 - 0 - 1) from Norwich, UK.  McBurnie weighed in at 168 pounds, while Cumings weighed in at 167 pounds and 5 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Brad Scroggins, and the three ringside judges are Dave Jusko, Jawad Mahdavi and Ronald McCauley.  

Round 1: 

Cumings closes the distance and digs in a left hook to his opponents liver.

Cumings gets on the inside.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Cumings has taken some damage from that accidental headbutt.  That has caused minor swelling  around the right eye.
