Alec East vs Mike Rendall

Boxing Daily Report from the AI UK-Central England promoted show at Leicester Lusk, Leicester,  taking place on 19/06/2042:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the British-Central England Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are The Prodigy Alec East (37(22) - 16(7)) who hails from Derby, UK and Mike Rendall(6 - 8(2) - 2) from Sheffield, UK.  Both East and Rendall weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is William Taylor, and the three ringside judges are Alastair Litts, Floyd Sayer and Louis Atkins.  

Round 1: 

East closes the distance.  East sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
East is on target with a firm left hook.  East ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, East pushes his forearm into Rendall's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns East to stop fouling.

Rendall is on target with a left hook.  
East lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Rendall throws a left hook, but East holds on to his opponent.  East throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. The referee breaks the clinch and warns East to stop fouling.  
Rendall closes the distance and throws a left hook, but East clinches his opponent.  East leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
East is looking to close the distance and crashes a mean right hook to Rendall's ribs.  RENDALL WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  Rendall quickly recovers. 
East lands two straights followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Rendall recovers before his opponent can take advantage.
