Boxing Daily Report from the Ognjen promoted show at Jonathan Club, Los Angeles,  taking place on 22/06/2042:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Ignado Blas (17(17) - 0) who hails from Masaya, Nicaragua and Robert Helm(1 - 2(1)) from Louisville, USA.  Both Blas and Helm weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Dillon Yeoman, and the three ringside judges are Peter Ronald, Mark Hyland and Blake Latta.  

Round 1: 

Blas throws a right hook, but his opponent avoids the shot.  Blas clinches his opponent.  Blas pushes his forearm into Helm's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Blas drives a left hook into his opponents body.  Blas clinches his opponent.  Blas leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. As they grapple, Blas pushes his forearm into Helm's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Blas walks his opponent onto the ropes.  Blas lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Blas lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  Blas clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Blas pushes his forearm into Helm's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Blas to stop fouling.  
Helm throws a cross, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a firm right uppercut to Helm's ribcage.  
Blas advances into close range and lands three consecutive right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Blas is on target with a stinging left hook to Helm's body.  
Blas walks his opponent down, trapping him in the corner.  Blas lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  Helm wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Blas dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Blas lands three consecutive right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Blas lands a right hook to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.  He then lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Blas lands a left hook, left uppercut and a right hook to his opponents body.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Helm recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Blas lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Blas manages to force Helm into a corner.  Blas lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Blas lands a right hook, left uppercut and a right hook to his opponents body.  
Blas lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  He continues the combination and lands a left hook to the body, a right hook to the head and a right hook to the body.  Blas holds on to his opponent.  Blas leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Blas throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.

Helm throws a left hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a solid left hook.

Blas ties up his opponent.  Blas leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks Blas's hold and signals for the fight to continue.

Blas digs in a weighty right hook to his opponents ribcage.  IT LOOKS LIKE HELM WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  
Blas knows Helm is hurt...he is putting the pressure on now, looking for the stoppage.  Blas lands two left uppercuts to the body, and one to the head, AND DOWN GOES HELM!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 4.  It looks like Helm has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.  
Helm pivots from in front of his opponent.  Helm tries to land a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a nasty left hook.  IT LOOKS LIKE HELM WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Helm quickly recovers. 
Blas closes the distance and lands a right hook followed by  two left hooks to his opponents body.  
Blas gets on the inside and lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a right hook to the head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Helm almost instantly recovers. 
Blas lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Blas lands a left hook to the body followed by a cross to the head.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Helm's trainer is advising how he could improve the accuracy of his work.

Blas steps inside and lands two left hooks to the body, and one to the head.  He then lands a left hook, right hook and a left hook to his opponents body.  
Helm steps to the outside.  Blas feints a cross, and then is on target with an overhand left.  
Blas closes the distance and walks Helm down, trapping him in the red corner.  Blas lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Blas lands consecutive left uppercuts to his opponents body.  He follows up the attack and lands a left uppercut, right hook and a left uppercut to his opponents body, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Blas clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Blas pushes his forearm into Helm's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Blas to stop fouling.  
The right shot from Blas could be enough to force the stoppage!  Blas digs in a sharp right hook to his opponents ribcage.  DOWN GOES HELM!  He manages to get up at 5.  
Blas slams a big left hook into his opponents liver.  HELM IS SENT SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He manages to get up at 4.  
Blas lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body, KNOCKING HELM DOWN!  He manages to get up at 4.  Helm now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.  
Blas lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Blas sidesteps to the left of his opponent and drives a left hook into Helm's body.  
Blas manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Blas lands a left uppercut, right hook and a left hook to his opponents body, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!
