Leighton Hackett vs Brendan Shirah

Boxing Daily Report from the AI New Zealand-Auckland promoted show at Waitakere Mollison, Waitakere,  taking place on 27/06/2042:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the New Zealand-Auckland Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Leighton Hackett (9 - 5(1) - 1) who hails from Auckland, New Zealand and Brendan Shirah(3 - 2(1) - 2) from North Shore, New Zealand.  Hackett weighed in at 228 pounds and 11 ounces, while Shirah weighed in at 233 pounds and 3 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Opi Ngaikiha, and the three ringside judges are Jack Hislop, Harvey Dorch and Bryan Swineford.
