Direnc Shengul vs Demir Babacan

Boxing Daily Report from the Bonga Promotions promoted show at Direnc Dereli Gym, Gaziantep,  taking place on 02/07/2042:

Clearly Bonga Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Turkey-Gaziantep Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Direnc Shengul (7 - 6 - 1) who hails from Gaziantep, Turkey and Demir Babacan(6 - 9 - 1) from Gaziantep, Turkey.  Both Shengul and Babacan weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Cumhur Haznedaroglu, and the three ringside judges are Tunc Ozkan, Turgay Baykurt and Suleyman Oray.  

Round 1: 

Shengul tries to step out of his opponents range and lands an overhand right followed by a cross to his opponents head.

Babacan closes the distance and walks Shengul down, trapping him in a corner.  Babacan throws a short cross to the body, but lands low!  The ref stops the action and gives Shengul time to recover.
