Liam Murphy vs Ross McDermott

Boxing Daily Report from the HONEYPUNCH promoted show at Galway Sportsgrounds, Galway,  taking place on 09/08/2042:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  On the line tonight is the Irish Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on RET One, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Liam Murphy (30(21) - 4(2)) who hails from Swords, Ireland and Ross McDermott(31(13) - 18(8) - 1) from Dublin, Ireland.  Both Murphy and McDermott weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Fionn Madden, and the three ringside judges are Ian Doyle, Niall Monday and Shamus McCaleb.
