John Ewing vs Mark Leadingham

Boxing Daily Report from the Bos Firefighters promoted show at Hialeah Chirino, Hialeah,  taking place on 06/07/2042:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Florida Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are John Ewing (8 - 15(3) - 3) who hails from Cape Coral, USA and Mark Leadingham(23 - 16(5) - 3) from Tampa, USA.  Both Ewing and Leadingham weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Theo Ines, and the three ringside judges are Eduardo Liberato, Robert Johnstone and Lloyd Purse.  

Round 1: 

Leadingham is looking to close the distance.  Ewing pivots to the left of his opponent.  As Leadingham tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    That accidental headbutt has resulted in some damage to Ewing.  That has caused slight swelling  around the right eye.  
Leadingham pivots to the side of his opponent and is on target with a left hook.  
Ewing quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and connects with an overhand right.  
Leadingham walks Ewing into the corner.  Leadingham pivots to the left of his opponent and connects with a left uppercut.  
Leadingham steps inside.  Ewing sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Leadingham hits home with a right hook.  Leadingham goes for the bodyshot, but lands south of the border!  The ref stops the action and gives Ewing time to recover.

Leadingham advances into close range.  Leadingham pivots to the side of his opponent andAs the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Ewing dabs at his face checking for damage.

Leadingham advances into close range.  Ewing quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Leadingham is on target with a left hook to Ewing's body.
