Ian Kyle vs James Barron

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Kansas promoted show at Joshua Marchbanks Gym, Wichita,  taking place on 08/07/2042:

Clearly AI USA-Kansas have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Kansas Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ian Kyle (9 - 12 - 5) who hails from Overland Park, USA and James Barron(5 - 26(3) - 4) from Olathe, USA.  Kyle weighed in at 115 pounds and 12 ounces, while Barron weighed in at 115 pounds.    As Kyle came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Duncan Buyers, and the three ringside judges are David Edmison, John Ghee and Kai Salmond.  

Round 1: 

Kyle tries to step out of his opponents range and attempts to land a jab, but Barron slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Barron closes the distance.  Barron sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Kyle lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Barron walks his opponent into the corner.  Barron quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and is on target with a left uppercut.  
Kyle lands a cross.  
Kyle pivots to the right of his opponent.  Kyle throws a right uppercut, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut to Kyle's liver.  
Barron drives a left hook into his opponents body.  
Kyle is looking to keep his distance and lands a cross.  
Barron closes the distance and manages to force Kyle into a neutral corner.  Kyle is on target with a right uppercut.  
Barron is looking to close the distance and digs in a left hook to Kyle's body.

Barron is on target with a left hook to his opponents ribs.  Barron wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Kyle dabs at his face checking for damage.

Barron gets on the inside.  Kyle lands a right hook.  
Kyle tries to step out of his opponents range and is on target with a jab.

The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Barron has come off worse after that clash of heads.  That has caused slight swelling  around the right eye.  
Kyle steps to the outside and throws a short cross to the body, but lands low!  The ref ignores Barron's complaints and signals for the action to continue.  
Kyle is on target with a cross.

Barron closes the distance and lands a left hook.  
Barron gets on the inside.  Kyle connects with a right hook.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Barron dabs at his face checking for damage.
