Jacob Proano vs Diego Cedano

Boxing Daily Report from the Top Shelf Prospects promoted show at Gran Teatro de La Habana, Havana,  taking place on 04/07/2042:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Jacob Proano (3(3) - 0) who hails from Providence, USA and Diego Cedano(10 - 13(1) - 2) from Havana, Cuba.  Both Proano and Cedano weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Alejandro Limas, and the three ringside judges are Ponce Barro, Sancho Luiz and Ponce Cortina.  

Round 1: 

Proano lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Proano lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Proano lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  He continues the combination and lands a left hook to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.  
Proano hits home with a solid left uppercut.  Proano ties up his opponent.  Proano is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee warns Proano and breaks the clinch.  
Proano is looking to keep his distance and lands a sharp cross.  
Proano gets on the inside and lands a stinging left hook.  
Proano connects with a firm cross.  
Proano lands two left hooks followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  Proano ties up his opponent.  Proano tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Cedano behind the head. The referee breaks the clinch and warns Proano to stop fouling.  
Proano advances into close range.  Proano pivots from in front of his opponent and is on target with a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Proano lands a right hook, left uppercut and a right hook to his opponents body.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Proano dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Proano lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  Proano ties up his opponent.  Proano is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Proano advances into close range.  Proano pivots to the side of his opponent and drives a weighty right uppercut into Cedano's body.  IT LOOKS LIKE CEDANO WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Cedano quickly recovers. 
Proano pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Proano lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Proano lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Proano lands a right hook to the body, a left hook to the head and a left uppercut to the body, DROPPING CEDANO TO THE CANVAS!  He beats the count, getting up at 4.  Cedano quickly recovers. 
Proano tries to step out of his opponents range and lands a jab, cross and a jab to his opponents head.  
Cedano advances into close range.  Proano pivots from in front of his opponent and drives a stinging left hook into his opponents body.  
Proano lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Cedano is looking to close the distance.  Proano drives a left hook into Cedano's body.  
Proano is looking to keep his distance and lands an overhand left.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Cedano's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.  Cedano's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.  Cedano's trainer is advising how he could improve his defence.

Proano sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a left hook.  
Proano lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Proano lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Proano connects with a left hook.  
Proano connects with a right hook.  
Proano lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  He continues the combination and lands a left hook to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.  
Proano cuts off the ring, trapping Cedano in the corner.  Proano lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head, AND SENDS CEDANO SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He unsteadily tries to get up but is unable to beat the 10 count!  The winner by KO is Proano!
