Owen Cherigat vs Montraie Murugi

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Kenya-Kiambu promoted show at Kikuyu Gachu, Kikuyu,  taking place on 28/07/2042:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Kenya-Kiambu Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Owen Cherigat (8 - 9(1) - 1) who hails from Kikuyu, Kenya and Montraie Murugi(6 - 4 - 2) from Ruiru, Kenya.  Both Cherigat and Murugi weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ian Nanji, and the three ringside judges are Mark Kamande, Max Arita and Jay Karanja.
