Dominic Lorimer vs Stuart Bryars

Boxing Daily Report from the AI New Zealand-Auckland promoted show at Papatoetoe Cosmopolitan Club, Auckland,  taking place on 31/07/2042:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the New Zealand-Auckland Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Prime, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Dominic Lorimer (22(16) - 3) who hails from Waitakere, New Zealand and Stuart Bryars(7 - 5(1) - 4) from North Shore, New Zealand.  Lorimer weighed in at 121 pounds and 1 ounces, while Bryars weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Justin Patariki, and the three ringside judges are Owen Caddick, Joshua Haile and Rob Horsburgh.  

Round 1:

Lorimer advances into close range.  Lorimer lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Lorimer dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Lorimer lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body, AND DOWN GOES BRYARS!  He manages to get up at 5.  Lorimer holds on to his opponent.  Lorimer leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks Lorimer's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  Bryars recovers before his opponent can take advantage.

Lorimer walks Bryars down, trapping him on the ropes.  Lorimer lands a right hook.

Bryars throws a left uppercut, but Lorimer holds on to his opponent.  Lorimer is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.
